“Every person's pain has a story. Our job is to hear it, find the cause, and help you move through the world with less of it.”

How We Work

Our approach, in three steps.

Pain care built around you, not around a diagnosis code.

Listen

Your first visit is unhurried. We want to understand the full picture: when the pain started, what makes it worse, what you've already tried, and what a better day looks like for you.

Diagnose

We use focused exams, imaging, and diagnostic blocks to pinpoint the pain generator. No guessing, no blanket treatments. You'll leave knowing exactly what we think is going on and why.

Relieve

Targeted interventions, regenerative options, and medication management when it helps. We favor the least invasive route that actually works, and we adjust as your body responds.

Testimonials

Real people. Real relief.

After six years of being told my back pain was just something I'd have to live with, Dr. Gillispie actually listened. She found a facet joint issue three other clinics missed, and the injection gave me my first pain-free week in years.

Maria K. · Fort Collins

I came in desperate, on four different medications, barely sleeping. They built me a real plan. Two of those meds are gone, my sleep is back, and I'm walking the dog every morning again. That's not small.

Dale R. · Greeley

What I appreciated most is they never made me feel like I was drug-seeking or overreacting. They treated my pain like it was real, because it is. I wish I'd found this clinic years ago.

Common Questions

FAQ

What should I bring to my first visit?
Bring any recent imaging (MRI, X-ray, CT), a list of medications you're currently taking, and a summary of treatments you've already tried. If you've seen other pain specialists, their notes help us avoid repeating work.
Do you prescribe opioids?
We prescribe opioids only when clinically appropriate, and always alongside other strategies. Our primary focus is interventional and regenerative approaches that address pain at the source.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept most major commercial insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid. Please call our office before your visit so we can verify your specific plan.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. Follow-ups, medication management, and some initial consultations can be done via secure video. Injections and procedures require an in-clinic visit.
How soon can I get an appointment?
New-patient visits are typically available within two weeks. Urgent cases can often be seen sooner.
